Well, I think he's done! I have to say, this was a hard project just because I've only been coloring for two months and my standards are set at IMPOSSIBLE for myself. I probably shouldn't have made the pic so complicated, but I learned a lot about Photoshop because of it. Don't even ask how many versions of Kaien are on my comp right now . . . Here are the final changes:

1. Added more pinks/oranges/yellows to face and finally did arm and hand.

2. Decided to go with an antique bronze look for the sword. Why'd I have to choose such a difficult color/metal?

3. Highlighted the front of the hair with a little more oranges and yellows but tried to keep it subtle. Deepened highlights on yukata.

I thanked a bunch of you at BF, so now a huge thanks for all who supported, faved, commented, critiqued, and just plain liked the card here at dA. You guys are awesome! I hope I can continue to improve! *bows*
